How do I know which booklet to read?

The Health Care Authority (HCA) sent you a letter that provided the name of the booklet that applies to you. Find the booklet title below and click on the language link to open the booklet in the language you prefer.

If you’re not sure which booklet to read, call 1-800-562-3022 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays) to request your booklet. To help us serve you, please have your ProviderOne number ready. Your ProviderOne number is on your services card.

How do I get a printed booklet?

We will send you a copy at no charge. Call 1-800-562-3022 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays) to request your booklet. To help us serve you, please have your ProviderOne number ready. (The number is on your services card.)

Is my Welcome to Apple Health booklet the same as a member handbook?

No. If you receive your Apple Health coverage through a managed care plan, your plan will tell you how to get your member handbook. The handbook is in addition to the Welcome to Washington Apple Health client benefits booklet. If you have questions about your managed care plan, contact your plan.
