Language access

In alignment with the Health Care Authority's (HCA) commitment to increasing health equity and overall health outcomes, language assistance services are available to customers free of charge and include direct services by bilingual employees, interpreter services, and translation of printed materials.

This page provides information on who to contact and how to access interpreter and translation services when working with HCA.

Do you feel that HCA has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way?
