What happens after I enroll?

Once enrolled, documents are sent to the mailing address provided on your application. Documents include:

  • A welcome letter.
  • A unique ProviderOne ID assigned to you or your business.
  • 'ProviderOne User Access Request'. This letter will have instructions on how to access your ProviderOne account via OneHealthPort. The letter will include your domain/ProviderOne ID.

Once you have received these materials, register your organization with OneHealthPort (OHP) to access ProviderOne.
