Medical plans and benefits
SEBB COBRA and Unpaid Leave members and their dependents have four medical insurance carriers to choose from: Kaiser Permanente NW, Kaiser Permanente WA, Kaiser Permanente WA Options, Premera, and Uniform Medical Plan (UMP). Each carrier has multiple plans. Find out what plans are available to you, what’s covered with each plan, and how much each plan costs. If you cover dependents, everyone must enroll in the same medical plan.
