Description: The Health Care Authority (HCA) intended to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 18-0032 in 2018 to, among other things, remove the limitation on the number of psychiatric visits allowed for eligible Medicaid clients. HCA did not submit SPA 18-0032; instead, it is submitting SPA 19-0011 to remove the limit.
