Notice: Community Health Aide Program providers Medicaid State Plan Amendment 24-0007 Public Notice is now available online.

Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0007 to establish three new provider types in the Medicaid State Plan: Community Health Aides/Practitioners (CHA), Behavioral Health Aides/Practitioners (BHA), and Dental Health Aides (DHAs).
