Description: The Health Care Authority (HCA) intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 22-0008 to reflect any necessary changes resulting from the federal 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act regarding coverage of routine patient costs for services in connection with participation in qualifying clinic trials.
