Notice: Add 1915i Services Medicaid State Plan Amendments 24-0001, 24-0002, 24-0003 & Waiver Public Notice is now available online.

Description: The Health Care Authority intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendments 24-0001, 24-0002, 24-0003, and a 1915i waiver amendment to implement Community Behavioral Health Support services (CBHS) and eligibility: skills development and restoration and supportive supervision and oversight. CBHS services are intended to better support the needs of individuals with complex behavioral health needs in long-term residential settings.
