P-25 Behavioral Health Strategic Plan Advisory Group
The P-25 Strategic Plan Advisory Group is made up of parents, young people, and system partners. The advisory group will serve as a platform to bring all partners together to find common ground and develop collective suggestions.
Become a member
We are currently seeking applications and nominations for new members on the P-25 Strategic Plan Advisory Group.
Time commitment
Up to five 3-4 hour meetings per year and one 3-hour member retreat, plus review of draft documents and other materials as needed.
Most meetings are virtual (held on Zoom). All in-person meetings include a virtual option.
Term
Member terms may not exceed 2 years.

Applications
Complete the appropriate form to apply for membership on the P-25 Strategic Plan Advisory Group. Application forms are due by Sunday, May 11.
To nominate a person or organization: Please send their name and why you think they should be on the advisory group and cc the person you’re nominating.

Join a subcommittee meeting
We also hold separate monthly meetings for parents, young people (ages 13-29), and system partners to provide ongoing input into strategic plan development. There are no membership requirements for these meetings.
Most parents and young people are eligible for payment for attending meetings, translations, and interpreter services are available.
Advisory group subcommittees
In May, we will being holding monthly 1-2 hour subcommittee meetings for:
- Young people ages 13-29
- Parents and caregivers
- System partners
At these meetings we will share progress and plans to get your feedback and ideas.
Every meeting is open to anyone who fits the criteria (e.g. young person parent, system partner); there are no appointed members. Attend as you are able; we welcome your participation, even if you can only come occasionally.

Connect us with your organization or community
If you are connected with an organization or community of people that has concerns about mental health and/or substance use treatment services for children, youth, and their families, please contact us. We’d love to come to a meeting or gathering (virtually or in person) and share information about the plan and hear your thoughts and ideas.
