The School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program offers a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, long-term disability (LTD) insurance, Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSAs), and the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP).
Employer groups may contract with the SEBB Program to offer medical-only benefits or the full benefits package, which includes medical, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and LTD. SEBB FSA and DCAP benefits are not available to employer groups. Employer groups are defined as employee organizations representing school employees and Tribal schools.
