Where can employees review their PEBB benefits and accounts online?

PEBB medical and dental coverage, premium surcharges, and LTD insurance

Employees can view their medical, dental, and long-term disability (LTD) coverages and premium surcharge information and get their statement of insurance by registering for and logging into PEBB My Account. Some changes can also be made in PEBB My Account during open enrollment. 

PEBB life and A&D insurance

​​​​​​To view basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) and view, make changes, to or cancel supplemental life and AD&D coverages, employees may register for and log into the MetLife MyBenefits portal. 

Basic life and AD&D insurances coverage can also be viewed by logging into PEBB My Account.

PEBB FSA and DCAP

Employees of state agencies or higher ed can access their flexible spending arrangement (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) accounts by registering for and logging into Navia's member portal at pebb.naviabenefits.com

Health Savings Account

Employees currently or previously enrolled in a consumer-directed health plan (CDHP) can access their health savings account (HSA) by registering for and logging into their account on the HealthEquity website. 

SmartHealth wellness 

Eligible employees enrolled in a PEBB medical plan may participate in wellness activities to earn wellness incentives and view their progress by registering for and logging into their SmartHealth account. 

Spouses or state-registered domestic partners enrolled in a PEBB medical plan can also participate in SmartHealth but cannot earn the wellness incentives. Learn more by visiting the SmartHealth webpage on the Employee and retiree benefits website.

Where can I access and download enrollment guides and forms?

BAs can find a list of downloadable forms and publications, including enrollment guides, resources to support the administration of PEBB benefits, and a link to order materials, on the Forms and publications webpage.

Where can I find accounting manuals and resources?

Accounting manuals and related resources are located on the Accounting webpage in the Administrative tools and resources section. 

Where can I find and register for upcoming training?

Upcoming trainings are posted to the Training schedule webpage located in the Training resources section.

Where can I find resources to assist with dependent eligibility and enrollment?

The E1 and E2 eligibility worksheets should be provided to employees who express an interest in adding eligible dependent(s) to their PEBB medical and/or dental coverage.
