What's the difference between a roundtable and a consultation?
- At a roundtable, the main goal is to give and receive information.
- At a consultation, the main goals are to address issues and concerns and make decisions.
Tribes or the Health Care Authority (HCA) can initiate roundtables and consultations.

Note: To participate in consultation, you must be a designated representative by your Tribal Council as an elected official or their designee for government-to-government negotiations with the state of Washington.

Hosted by the Office of Indian Policy at the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and facilitated by co-chairs from the Snoqualmie Tribe, HCA, and Department of Health (DOH).
