HCA holiday hours

Our offices will be closed:

Phone lines: Apple Health (Medicaid)

All Apple Health customer service centers will be closed Wednesday, December 25, 2019 and Wednesday, January 1, 2020.

  • Medical Assistance Customer Service Center (MACSC)
  • Medical Eligibility Determination Services (MEDS)
  • DSHS Customer Service Contact Center
  • Health Benefit Exchange Customer Support Center

Providers, need to submit claims? Due to the holidays, there will be a shift to the deadline for submitting claims for processing. Learn more on the ProviderOne Discovery Log.

Phone lines: PEBB retirees or PEBB / SEBB Continuation Coverage

PEBB Customer Service will be closed:

  • Wednesday, January 1, 2020
Emergency or urgent care

Emergency care:

  • Call 911 or go to then nearest place where emergency providers can help as soon as possible.
    • Apple Health clients: You or someone you know must call your PCP or your health plan to report your emergency.

Urgent care:

  • Go to an urgent care center that contracts with your health plan, or call your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or the nurse advice line. You should be able to visit with your PCP or other provider within 24 hours.
