Apple Health (Medicaid)

All Apple Health customer service centers will be closed Monday, December 25, 2023 and Monday, January 1, 2024. These include:

  • HCA Medical Assistance Customer Service Center (MACSC)
  • Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Customer Service Contact Center
  • Washington Health Benefit Exchange (HBE) Customer Support Center

Providers, do you need to submit claims?

Due to the holidays, there may be a shift to the deadline for submitting claims for processing. Check the ProviderOne Discovery Log for more information.

Emergency care

  • Call 911 or go to the nearest place where emergency providers can help as soon as possible.

Urgent care

  • Go to an urgent care center that contracts with your health plan, or call your PCP or the nurse advice line. You should be able to visit with your PCP or other provider within 24 hours.
