PEBB retiree members and their dependents have several medical insurance carriers to choose from—depending on whether you are a Medicare recipient or not (non-Medicare): Kaiser Permanente NW, Kaiser Permanente WA, Premera, Uniform Medical Plan (UMP), and UnitedHealthcare.
