WISe provides team-bases, intensive behavioral health support for eligible individuals in Washington State.
WISe is for individuals age 20 or younger who:
As of late 2021, WISe is also available to undocumented individuals who meet eligibility.

HCA launched the WISe Quality Plan project in February 2024. It will continue through mid-2025 and is currently in Phase 2.

Young children (birth to age 5) with qualifying mental health conditions can receive services through WISe. Extra tools and guidance are available for providers working with this age group.
CANS B-5: Use the early childhood version of the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment for youth under 6.
