The Centers of Excellence Program is a health benefit, administered by Premera Blue Cross, for those suffering with chronic lower back, knee and hip pain. The benefit is offered at low- to no-cost to eligible Uniform Medical Plan (UMP) members enrolled in Classic, Select, CDHP, Achieve 1, Achieve 2, and High Deductible plans.
