Notice: Remove DATA 2000 Waiver Requirement Medicaid State Plan Amendment 24-0019 Public Notice is now available online.

Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0019 to align with the provisions of section 1262 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023, by removing the requirement for a DATA 2000 waiver for prescribing practitioners from the Medicaid State Plan.
