The Health Care Authority (HCA) Outreach and Training (O&T) team offers periodic trainings* developed specifically to assist Benefits Administrators (BA's) with the administration of SEBB benefits.
Upcoming training opportunities will be announced through GovDelivery messages, however, BA's are encouraged to routinely visit this page to review any trainings currently accepting registration.

How do I register for training?
Please only register for yourself. If you plan on attending an in-person training with others from your work unit, have each person complete their own registration.
- Select the registration link for the training session(s) you would like to attend.
- Complete the registration process.
- After registering, you will receive an email confirming your registration along with additional information about the training.
Note: Trainings are in-person unless specifically identified as a webinar. When registering for a webinar, only one registration is necessary if you plan on hosting a location (room) where multiple staff can participate.
