Vision plans and benefits
SEBB members (employees and Continuation Coverage) have three vision insurance plans to choose from: Davis Vision by MetLife, EyeMed, and MetLife Vision. Learn about each plan and find resources to help you choose the plan that is right for you. If you cover dependents, everyone must enroll in the same vision plan.

All three vision plans are available in Washington and nationwide.
Premiums
If you are a school employee, there are no premiums for vision. Your vision insurance premiums are paid for by your employer.

Check each vision plan's provider directory to learn about their providers and see if your current provider is in network.
Insurance ID cards
You do not need an insurance ID card to receive routine vision services.
