Participate in activities to help support your whole person well-being, including managing stress, building resiliency, and adapting to change. As you progress on your wellness journey, you can qualify for the SmartHealth incentive.

- Take the assessment. Take your well-being assessment to customize your experience and earn 800 points.
- Qualify. Join and track activities to earn at least 2,000 total points by your deadline to qualify for the $125 wellness incentive.
