Consultations and meetings

Have a meeting suggestion or want to be added to our contact list?

What's the difference between a Consultation and Roundtable?

  • At a Consultation, we address issues and concerns and make decisions. Note: Only designated representatives of a Tribal Council (as an elected official or designee) can speak during the Consultation.
  • At a Roundtable, we share and receive information. Oftentimes, a Roundtable occurs before the Consultation.

Tribes or the Health Care Authority (HCA) can initiate both of these types of meetings.

2025 Consultations and Roundtables

We will post materials as they become available; some materials will not be linked at first. To view all Dear Tribal Leader Letters (DTLLs), visit our resources page.

Note: You must be officially chosen by your Tribal Council as an elected official or appointed representative to participate in government-to-government discussions with the state.
