Description: The Health Care Authority intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0029 to add invoicing for manufacturer drug rebates for certain covered outpatient drugs delivered in an inpatient setting when they meet the definition of ‘covered outpatient drug’ in 42 CFR 447.502.
