Notice: Nursing Facility Rates Medicaid State Plan Amendment 25-0022 Public Notice is now available online

Description: HCA and the Home and Community Living Administration (HCLA) of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) intend to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0022 in order to increase the swing bed daily rate and update the effective date of the nursing facility fee schedule.
