Description: HCA and the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA) of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) intend to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0023 in order to update the fee schedule effective date for Assisted Living Facility, Adult Family Home, Individual Provider, and Agency Provider Medicaid rates.
