Description: The Health Care Authority intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0009 to update the fee schedule effective dates for several Medicaid programs and services. This is a regular, budget neutral update to keep rates and billing codes in alignment with routine coding and coverage changes from several sources and do not reflect significant changes to policy or payment.
