Notice: Traditional Health Care Practices 1115 Waiver Public Notice
Description: The Health Care Authority (HCA), in partnership with Tribes in Washington state, will submit a five-year Traditional Health Care Practices waiver application to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This waiver is a Section 1115 waiver, and if approved, could begin as soon as July 1, 2026.
