Notice: Recovery Audit Contractor Medicaid State Plan Amendment 24-0050 Public Notice is now available online.
Description: The Health Care Authority intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) program to comply with 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1396(a)(42)(B). Concluding the RFP, HCA may submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0050 in order to request a full exception to establish a Medicaid RAC program.
