Description: The Health Care Authority intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0028 to add Medicare as a payment benchmark in addition to the average commercial rate benchmark currently listed for the professional services supplemental payment program which provides supplemental payments for specific, voluntarily participating provider groups.
