Description: The Health Care Authority (HCA) intends to submit a rate methodology for personal care and homemaker services under Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP 2.0 – section 1115 waiver). These services provide short-term care for individuals who do not qualify for Home and Community Based Services to continue their community stabilization.
