Notice: CHIP State Plan Amendments 24-3000, 24-4000, and 24-5000 Public Notice is now available online.
Description: HCA intends to submit Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) State Plan Amendments 24-3000 to update various administrative items such as links and program names; 24-4000 to remove lock out periods for non-payment of premiums for CHIP-eligible children; and 24-5000 to increase the percentage of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) from 193% to 210% for eligibility for the agency’s pregnancy-related programs.
