Description: HCA published notice under WSR# 24-24-036 of the intent to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0001 in order to comply with Second Substitute Senate Bill 5555 (Chapter 469, Laws of 2023), establishing the profession of Certified Peer Specialists, which includes Certified Peer Specialist Trainees. This notice corrects the contact information only; all other information remains the same.
