Updates to ProviderOne services card

Beginning June 29, 2026, ProviderOne services cards will have a new look and feel. The card design and client information are not changing, but they will be printed on a different, thinner material. If you currently have a valid ProviderOne services card, no action is required. You may continue using your existing card.

  • New cards will be issued only to new clients and clients requesting replacement cards.
  • Both the new and previously issued cards are valid.
  • Existing cards remain active and should continue to be used.
  • New cards will no longer include a magnetic swipe feature.

What is a services card?

About 7-10 days after you're found eligible for Apple Health coverage, a services card will be mailed to you. This is a plastic ID card that looks similar to other health insurance ID cards. Take this card with you to your doctor appointments. Providers use this card to make sure your service is covered.

Can I view my services card online?

You may access a digital copy of your services card through Washington HealthplanfinderTM. No need to order a replacement when you have a digital copy with you at all times!

How do I replace my services card?

There are several ways to request a replacement:

There is no charge for a new card. It takes 7-10 days to get the new card in the mail. Your old card will stop working when you ask for a new one.
