Description
The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) intended to complete a reorganization that required references to the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) to be changed to Developmental Disabilities Community Services (DDCS). The agency made these rule changes under notice filed as WSR 25-22-083 on November 4, 2025. Because DSHS is not proceeding with the intended reorganization, the agency is amending its rules to change instances of DDCS to DDA.
