ProviderOne for the WA Cares Fund
The WA Cares Fund is Washington state's long-term care insurance program for workers. The program is administered by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and is currently accepting applications from long-term care providers to participate in the program.

Providers registered with WA Cares can start offering covered services and supports to beneficiaries in July 2026.
Application process
Depending on the service and location, the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) or an Area Agency on Aging may be responsible for processing your application and contracting with you, including ongoing monitoring.
DSHS is always responsible for managing the registration process, updating your registration, or canceling your registration if your contract is terminated or ends. DSHS also maintains the WA Cares Provider Network Directory that beneficiaries will use to find you.
