PEBB members have three vision insurance plans to choose from: Davis Vision by MetLife, EyeMed, and MetLife Vision. Learn about each plan and find resources to help you choose. If you cover dependents, everyone must enroll in the same dental plan.

Vision insurance reduces or eliminates out-of-pocket costs for eye exams and preventive care—helping to cover the cost of vision expenses. It can also be used to pay for glasses (both frames and lenses) or contacts to correct vision problems.
Plan options
Explore each vision plan to see which plan is best for you. If you do not select a plan, you will be automatically enrolled as a single subscriber in MetLife Vision.
