PEBB members have three vision insurance plans to choose from: Davis Vision by MetLife, EyeMed, and MetLife Vision. Learn about each plan and find resources to help you choose which plan is right for you. If you cover dependents, everyone must enroll in the same dental plan.

All three vision plans are available in Washington and nationwide.
Premiums
If your employer offers this coverage, your vision insurance premiums are paid for by your employer.
Notice for employees of employer groups
If you work for a city, county, port, water district, hospital etc., check with your payroll or benefits office to see if you have PEBB vision coverage as part of your benefits.
Find providers
Check each vision plan's provider directory to learn about their providers and see if your current provider is in network.
Insurance ID cards
You do not need an insurance ID card to receive routine vision services.
