Joint Legislative and Executive Committee on Behavioral Health
In 2023, Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill (ESSB) 5187 established the Joint Legislative and Executive Committee on Behavioral Health (JLECBH) to identify key strategies and actions to improve access to behavioral health services.
