Tracking success

Washington Wellness awards organizations each year with the Zo8 Award for their achievement in building and growing a sustainable wellness program.

Why try for the Zo8 Award?

We want to recognize your hard work and success. The Zo8 Award is not an all or nothing review. Your organization can earn the award without completing every task we outline because we recognize and respect that all of you face your own unique challenges and are at different levels of program maturity.

By earning the Zo8 Award, we recognize your organization's achievement with:

  • An award for the organization
  • A certificate for each team member you want to recognize
  • Promotional icons for web and print materials

Who is eligible?

Organizations participating in the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program can earn the Zo8 Award each year.

How can I apply?

To apply for the award, go to build a wellness program to get started.

About the Zo8 design

The Zo8 design comes from a combination of the Greek root of the word zo meaning life, the inspirational pattern of the Flower of Life, the four elements that support life (air, earth, water, and fire), and the eight stepping stones for building a sustainable wellness program.
