Participation in a medical facility

This section describes the post-eligibility treatment of income (PETI) process for determining participation for individuals residing in a medical institution such as a nursing home or Developmental Disabilities Community Services (DDCS) Residential habilitation center (RHC). See WAC 182-513-1380.
Participation for HCB Waivers
