When services are covered by Medicare, you must see providers who accept Medicare for the services to be covered by both Medicare and UMP. If your provider is not contracted with Medicare or has opted out of participating, UMP will not cover services by that provider. To locate a Medicare covered provider visit Medicare's website.

Knowing you’re enrolled in the right plan is reassuring when it comes to your well-being. UMP Classic Medicare with Part D (PDP) is UMP’s Medicare plan. It gives you access to a wide range of benefits designed to support your health care needs. UMP Classic Medicare with Part D (PDP) and Medicare are two separate health plans that work together to pay for covered services and supplies. You must live in the UMP Classic Medicare with Part D (PDP) plan’s service area to join or remain enrolled in the plan. If you move out of the plan's service area, you must report your new address to the PEBB Program no later than 60 days after your move. If you are a retiree or a survivor who moves outside of the United States, you may defer PEBB retiree insurance coverage.
