Access your claims history

Your medical and prescription drug claims history may be helpful to you for tax purposes and reimbursement from your Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA).

Note: You will need to register for and log in to your Regence or pharmacy account.

From your regence.com account, you can:

  • View your claims, including year-to-date expenses and the dates Regence received and processed your claims.
  • View your explanations of benefits (EOBs). These statements include details about the medical services you received, the amount applied toward your deductible, how much the plan paid, and the amount you owe.

ALERT! Providers are not required to submit claims immediately (the deadline to submit a claim is 12 months after the date of service). Claims not yet submitted by your provider will not show on your regence.com account or your claims history.
