These accounts are available to help you access your UMP benefits:
Medical claims, how much you've paid of your medical deductible and out-of-pocket limit, what you've used of limited benefits (such as acupuncture or vision hardware).

Prescription drug claims, how much you've paid of your prescription drug deductible (UMP Classic).
- PPS, Network mail-order pharmacy
Refills and tracking mail-order prescriptions.
- Ardon Health, specialty drugs (no online account)

Manage your HSA funds and pay claims.
These accounts are available through PEBB to help you access other benefits:
- My Account
Check your PEBB medical and dental coverage, make changes to your PEBB coverage, attest or reattest to surcharges (tobacco and spousal coverage).
PEBB's wellness program; participate in wellness activities and earn wellness incentives.
- MetLife MyBenefits
Check your enrollment, premium payments, and benefit or plan details about your life insurance or accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
Note: To register for an online account, you'll need to enter some information online to identify yourself. Remember to keep track of your usernames and passwords.
Accounts allow you access to certain services online, which may be faster or more convenient for you than calling. See above for a list what you can find and do on each account.

Generally, anyone enrolled who is age 13 and older may register for an online account. One exception is PEBB's My Account, which is only available to the subscriber (the employee or retiree enrolled in medical coverage).
Adult members may not see full details about claims for dependents age 13 and older due to privacy laws. To access those details online, the dependent must create their own account and give the subscriber permission to view their claims details from the subscriber's account.
Due to strict privacy rules, we cannot use regular email for discussing any personal health issues. However, you may use the secure messaging service in your regence.com account for medical issues like claims or appeals. You must call or write about prescription drug issues.
