Your online accounts

These accounts are available to help you access your UMP benefits:

  • Regence account
    See your medical claims, benefits, how much you've paid toward your medical deductible and more. You can also use the Regence mobile app to access your health insurance information, including your member ID card.
  • Pharmacy account
    View your prescription drug claims history and find forms and member resources. You can also use the Drug Information and Interaction Checker to learn more about your prescription drugs, how they interact with each other, and how they interact with over-the-counter drugs. Note: For information about specialty drugs, call Ardon Health at 1-855-425-4085 (TRS: 711).
  • Postal Prescription Services (PPS), network mail-order pharmacy
    Order new prescriptions and refills, check order status, manage prescriptions, and track your package.
  • Health Savings Account (UMP CDHP only)
    HealthEquity 
    Manage your HSA funds. You can also view and pay medical claims that UMP has already processed.

These accounts are available through the PEBB Program to help you access other benefits:

  • My Account
    Check your PEBB medical and dental insurance coverage and download your statement of insurance. During open enrollment (November 1 through November 30) you can also make changes to your medical and dental coverage.
  • PEBB SmartHealth
    SmartHealth is Washington State's voluntary wellness program. Participate in wellness activities and qualify for rewards. 
  • MetLife MyBenefits
    Check your enrollment or premium payments and learn about your life insurance or accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.

Why should I have online accounts?

These accounts allow you access to some services online, which may be faster or more convenient than calling or using paper forms.

Who can have an online account?

Generally, anyone enrolled who is age 13 and older may register for an online account. One exception is My Account, which is only available to the subscriber (the employee or retiree enrolled in medical coverage).

Because of privacy laws, adult members may not see full details about claims for dependents age 13 and older. For an adult to see those details, the dependent must create their own account and give the adult permission to view their claims details from the adult's account.

Why can't I email the plan?

Due to strict privacy rules, we cannot use regular email for discussing any personal health issues. However, you may use the secure messaging service in your Regence account for medical issues like claims or appeals. You must call or write about prescription drug issues.
