Out-of-pocket limit, prescription drugs
Note: This definition is for UMP Classic and UMP Plus only. See the out-of-pocket limit definition for UMP CDHP.
The prescription drug out-of-pocket limit is the maximum you pay for covered prescription drugs and products during a calendar year. Once the $2,000 limit per enrolled member is met, the plan pays 100 percent of the allowed amount for covered prescription drugs and products for that member.
See "Medical out-of-pocket limit" in your certificate of coverage a list of services that do not count toward this limit and that you pay even after you have met it.
