The UMP website is growing

Our website will expand over the next few months as we move the UMP frequently asked questions (FAQs) from a separate database onto the UMP website. This change will make the website more robust by allowing you to search all the information about UMP in one place.

What are the UMP FAQs?

The UMP FAQs are a database of detailed information about UMP coverage policies and procedures. We’re making that information more easily accessible by moving it to our website.

What’s changing?

Most UMP webpages will look the same as they did before, but they’ll offer more information.

We are also adding some new features to our website:

  • The glossary, which defines commonly used words like copayment or preferred provider. (This is a great place to start learning about your health care coverage.)
  • A section exclusively for Medicare retirees—find out how UMP and Medicare work together.
  • A page to help you find UMP forms available online.
  • Pages to help you fill your prescriptions and save money at the pharmacy—click on "Prescription drugs" under your plan heading on the UMP home page. Then click on "Filling your prescriptions."

How do I search the improved website?

Click on the Search button in the top right corner of every UMP webpage. To limit your search to the UMP website, click on the search box and select “Search UMP” in the drop-down menu. Then type a keyword, like "deductible," and press Enter. You’ll now see all available UMP information with that search.

What if I still can’t find what I need?

The certificate of coverage for your plan is your primary source of information about your benefits.

You can always call Regence at 1-888-849-3681 (TRS: 711) for questions about your medical benefits. Call Washington State Rx Services at 1-888-361-1611 (TRS: 711) for questions about your prescription drug benefits.
