UMP Provider termination: Astria Regional Medical Center closing by January 22
Astria Regional Medical Center is no longer accepting new patients and plans to close by January 22, 2020. You will no longer be able to receive services at this location after this date.
Uniform Medical Plan (UMP) members who are affected by this termination will receive a letter in the mail in late January.
How will this affect me?
You will need to see a preferred (network for UMP Plus) provider to receive services at the network rate if you have selected one of the following plans:
- UMP Classic (PEBB), UMP Consumer-Directed Health Plan (PEBB), and UMP Plus (PEBB): you pay 15% for most covered services after meeting your deductible.
- UMP Achieve 1 (SEBB): you pay 20% for most covered services after meeting your deductible.
- UMP Achieve 2 (SEBB), UMP High Deductible (SEBB), and UMP Plus (SEBB): you pay 15% for most covered services after meeting your deductible.
Our network includes many other high-quality providers, with Virginia Mason Memorial, Astria Sunnyside Community Hospital, and Astria Toppenish Medical Center.
