HCA lobby reopens to in-person services at Olympia office

Fri, 03/11/2022

The Health Care Authority’s lobby will reopen to in-person visitors on March 15. Offices have been closed to the public to protect health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will resume offering in-person services for Apple Health clients and members of the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) and School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Programs until further notice. Online and phone services will still be available.

The doors to the Cherry Street Plaza lobby will be open to the public Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Customer service areas have been redesigned to help ensure health and safety.
