State Innovation Models (SIM) grant reports
This page shows the reports from our State Innovation Models (SIM) grant. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation awarded Washington State a $65 million SIM grant, which included a Round 1 planning grant and Round 2 test grant. SIM funded four years of health system transformation in our state and ended January 31, 2019.
