Notice: State Facility Rates Medicaid State Plan Amendment Public Notice 25-0024 is now available online.
Description: HCA and DSHS intend to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0024 to amend the psychiatric inpatient services for children section of the Medicaid State Plan to accommodate the anticipated addition of a state operated JCAHO-accredited facility in 2026 – Lake Burien. The information currently in the State Plan specifically names the Child Study and Treatment Center; SPA 25-0024 will update the State Plan to accommodate the additional facility.
