Notice: Nurse Midwife Services Medicaid State Plan Amendment 22-0002 Public Notice is now available online.

Description: The Health Care Authority (HCA) intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 22-0002 to add information regarding nurse midwife services that was inadvertently omitted from Attachment 3.1-A section 17. The SPA will also update the reference to midwives to add “credentialed” to the language in 3.1-A as well as in the corresponding information in 3.1-B.
