Navia subscribers may receive a replacement card
Navia Benefit Solutions, the Medical or Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) administrator, recently learned that some subscribers who were issued a new debit card for 2023 may have received a card with inaccurate contact information. This was due to a printing error. All other information on the card is correct, including the account number. No personal information was shared as a result of this error.
Next steps
If you were sent a debit card with this error, you will get a new debit card this month. The new card will come with a letter from Navia with instructions to destroy the old card with inaccurate contact information. In addition, Navia will send you an email if you received a card with this error. If you do not hear from Navia, you should keep the original debit card you received.
Navia extends sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Action has been taken to ensure this issue does not occur again.
