Description: The Health Care Authority (HCA) intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 22-0013 to implement Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill (ESSB) 5693 directing HCA to implement changes to payments to Sole Community Hospitals meeting certain criteria.
